Processing of your personal data
Royal Court and HR Solutions are authorized to process your personal data that are transmitted to us through the completion of the form for opening a mandate contract file. Your personal data that allow us to identify you, such as your name, first name, address, and all contact details, will be deleted when a current mandate contract or unsuccessful mandate contract is cancelled. We will not use them for future commercial purposes.

Retention of your personal data
We are authorized to retain some personal data (such as region, age group, gender, family composition, type of request, special requests, requirements, etc.) that do not allow us to personally identify you for the purpose of improving our services, market research, and statistics.

Protection of your personal data
We are committed to protecting your personal data and in no case do we share or make them available to other entities. Of course, we make great efforts to develop and update our protection and security, but we decline any responsibility for any data theft during a cyber attack.
